Our Story

Our Dream:

Placed on land originally inhabited by the Byzantine people (395-1453AD) with an early 1900s Sicilian farmhouse restored with original stone walls. Merging the materials, style, and feeling originally used in early 1900s with comforts and clean yet classic modern style clean used today. Discover peace, tranquility and harmony while you rest, swim, and explore the area. 

Views of the Mediterranean peak through the 200-year-old carubos and olive groves. We offer a healing herb garden that fills the senses with color and perfume to heal, clear, inspire, and calm the mind. Where you can hear the wind blowing, an occasional cow or chicken, TVs are replaced with books, and a starry sky giving you a first-row seat to the galaxy above. 

Our farm is regenerative, respecting old traditions and ways of cultivation that keep a symbiotic relationship between man and land. We use all that we make. Choosing antique grains to harvest for pasta and pane that speaks the language of our Sicilian land and the nonnas that came before us, while the cows munch on the stalks otherwise sent to compost.

We offer locals and travelers a place to connect with the land, reflect on life, renew their spirit, relax and enjoy like a true Sicilian. Welcome Back!
