Russello is an ancient Sicilian grain renowned for its distinctive flavor and nutritional benefits. Our grain is grown using sustainable and organic methods. In Itay it takes two years to become organically certified so although we will have the certification next year, we used only organic means to grow, harvest, and process the wheat.
